Thank you for choosing SalonEase. We strive to provide the best possible software service experience to our customers. To ensure transparency and protect customer rights when making payments through gateways such as VNPAY and Stripe, we have established this Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.
2. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all customers who have registered an account, used, and successfully paid for recurring subscription plans on the SalonEase website or application.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
We will review and approve refund requests under the following circumstances:
3.1 System or Payment Errors
- You are charged more than once for the same billing cycle.
- Your payment is successful, but your service is not activated or renewed within 24 business hours, and you no longer wish to continue using the service.
- The amount charged exceeds the price you confirmed at checkout (only the difference will be refunded).
3.2 First-Time Purchase & Change of Mind
As our software services are accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited. However, we may accommodate refund requests due to a change of mind under the following strict conditions:
- Applies only to your first subscription purchase.
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the successful payment.
- Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
To ensure fairness and maintain system integrity, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Automatic renewals: Failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Late requests: Change-of-mind requests submitted after 7 days from the first successful payment.
- Account violations: Accounts suspended or terminated due to breaches of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, malware distribution, spamming).
- Partial usage: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time if you cancel during an active billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
5. Refund Method & Currency
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction. We do not support transfers to third-party accounts.
- For international payments processed via Stripe, the refunded amount in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of processing. SalonEase and payment providers are not responsible for any differences caused by currency exchange rates.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us: Send an email to support@salonease.us with the subject line: Refund Request - [Order ID / Account Email].
- Provide information: Include the following details:
- Your registered email address.
- The transaction ID.
- Payment receipt or proof of payment.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Review: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment gateway. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
Important Note on Disputes (Chargebacks): Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or financial provider, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team for a faster resolution. Misuse of chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account.
7. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, the processing time will depend on your payment method and financial provider:

Please note that SalonEase, VNPAY, and Stripe are not responsible for any bank fees incurred during the refund process.
