b) Refund Method in Case of Goods Return or Service Termination

Refunds are executed when return, order cancellation, or service termination requests meet conditions under the Return, Warranty, and Refund Policy of Salonease.vn.

Forms of Refund:
Depending on the initial payment method, we may issue refunds through one of the following forms:

• Bank transfer to the bank account provided by the customer;
• Refund via electronic payment gateway or e-wallet used for payment;
• Refund via other methods by mutual agreement between Salonease.vn and the customer (if suitable with legal regulations).

Refund Duration:
From 03–07 business days starting from when the refund request is approved and Salonease.vn receives returned goods back (if applicable).
For transactions via banks or electronic payment gateways, the time funds are credited to the account may depend on the processing procedures of the bank or payment service provider.

Refund Conditions:
Customers need to provide:

• Order code;
• Buyer's full name;
• Receiving bank account details (if refunding via transfer);
• Invoices, receipts, or related documents (if any).

Shipping fees, payment fees, or other arising expenses (if any) will be handled according to the Return and Refund Policy of Salonease.vn.

c) Point Accumulation, Point Refund, or Redeemable Offer Mechanisms (If Applicable)

Currently, Salonease.vn does not apply point accumulation, point refund, or redeemable offer mechanisms for transactions on the website.
