  • Sunday and Holidays: according to specific notices on the website.

Requests submitted outside of working hours will be automatically received and processed on the next business day.

1.3. Cases of Service Provision Time Restrictions

Service provision may be restricted or temporarily suspended in the following cases:

  • System maintenance and upgrades;
  • Technical infrastructure or feature updates;
  • System troubleshooting;
  • Execution of requests from competent state authorities;
  • Force majeure cases as specified in Section 5 of this Policy.

6. Right to Adjust Conditions of Service Provision
